One Direction

One Direction is one of my very favorite bands!!! I knew when I first saw them on the XFactor and heard them singing that I would truly love them forever and fangirl over every little thing over them. All of their songs are amazing and have great messages and a grand sound. If you haven't heard of them (which would surprise me) or haven't listened to them I am telling you that you really need to look them up and listen to their music and the minute you hear them you will fall in love with them and their music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJO3ROT-A4E&ob=av2n their currently on a US tour with Big Time Rush and their first single "What Makes You Beautiful" has started playing on the radio like yesterday it played on my cities local radio station 2+ times and every time I was in the car and freaking out!! Also their CD "Up All Night" with be available in the US on March 13th 2012!! I highly recommend that you should rush out and buy it as soon as it hits the shelves. The band consist on singers Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Liam Paine, Zayn Malik, and Louis Tomlinson. When trying out for the UK XFactor little did they know that not only would they all make it but they would be chosen to form a group when thinking they had all just not made it to the next round. They ended up placing 3rd in the XFactor but they proved even coming in 3rd you can go a long way and look where they are now!! Friends

Friends... are always there for you no matter what. There your shoulder to cry on when your down. The people you can trust and tell anything too. Their always making you laugh and you have the best memories together. Weather its going on vacation together, going to each others house's. Texting, emailing or even writing each other. Or what ever you both loving doing together. Its the simplest things that make the biggest memories. When you look back 20 years from now and say hey I remember doing that with them. You can have 1 friend or even 1000 friends but it doesn't matter how many friends you have its really about how many are really there for you and would do anything for you to make you happy. Moving may be difficult but when you think about it its just another chance for you to make more close friends and more people you can truly trust along with your other friends. When you look up the definition of a friend on the internet it states " A person whom one knows and with whom one has a bond of mutual affection, typically exclusive of sexual or family relations". Weather your calling them pal,mate, buddy,or even bestie they all are people that are there for you. No matter what always know who your real friends are and the people who arn't your friends. Make friends with people like you. Don't go around trying to make friends that will only turn on you later and stab you in the back. Friends are there for you threw thick and thin, sunshine and rain, no matter the situation you always know you can count on them. ~Veronica <3

Journey 2: The Mysterious Island

I recently just saw the movie Journey 2: The Mysterious Island with Josh Hutcherson, Dwayne Johnson, and Vanessa Hudgens. I really enjoyed the first Journey movie with Josh. I really love Josh as an actor so the movie was even better for me since he was in it. I think the director did a fantastic job with the effects and every minute I was wanting more and loving every bit of every scene. It was full of comedy so its defiantly an action, comedy, family movie. All will love and want to watch it over and over again. The story line of the whole movie made sense and the director and casting director did an amazing job casting each character everyone fit their role/part very well. I really do hope their will be a third one in the upcoming years, I would defiantly go see that. I really loved how different everything was on the Mysterious Island like how all the big animals got small and the small animals got big. That was really a creative idea and really helped create a great setting plot. Well I don't want to give all the wonderful things of this movie away. So get off your butts and go see this wonderful action packed family movie! ~Veronica <3

School

When you ask many kids and teens if they like school the majority of answer's will be No! Well I would agree with them but then I don't. Because of school we get the chance to interact with other people like our selves. We learn many new things and prove our smartness of what we have learned. Electives give us a chance to learn something we will really enjoy learning and might even pursue in our later careers. Not everyone likes every class that we are forced to take to pass and move on to the next grade. For example my favorite subjects would be History and English. My least favorite subjects would be Science and Math but no matter what I try my best so I will pass because I want to walk out my high school doors 5 years from now graduated and saying I did it! I love that feeling seeing all A's on my report card and hearing I do very well and I'm a wonderful student to teach from my teachers. Teachers set the mood in the class room the way they act and treat the people in class room mainly dictates how everyone will act and react to the situations that take place in the room. Like a rude and boring teacher will most likely not be well liked by the people in their class. On the other hand a nice and funny teacher will be very well liked not matter what subject. When placed with a bad teacher I learned just to listen and pay attention at the best of your ability and before you know it the day is over and you wont have to worry about the teacher. School is school and you just have to get through 12 years but their going to be the best 12 years of your life. So make it your best and live it to your fullest. ~Veronica <3

Happy Valentines Day!!

Well its Valentines Day!!! Or as someone people like me call it my sisters birthday... Yes my little sister is a Valentines baby I just want to say Happy Birthday Kenzie and no matter what I love you and hope you have a wonderful birthday!! Now something that really bothers me is when girls my age say "Oh I'm going to be forever alone" and they just keep saying and its like your only a teenager your not going to be forever alone and you know its just your sad excuse to get attention and hope some guy will ask you out. On Valentines Day its gets even worse with all the sad mopey people who dont have Valentines and try to act all cute and try to get some guy to ask them out only to be dumped the next day. While walking home from the bus today my iPod played many love songs and they all reminded me of the numerous valentines I had received from all my wonderful friends at school and how great full I am to know them and have them in my life. It made me realize that not one guy could be as wonderful as all my friends. To me Valentines Day is just about sharing time with all the people you love and not just one person. Dance!

What dance means to me.... its my way of expressing myself, it lets me be me, I meet many new people and make many grand friends. I doing it for exercise it helps me stay active in a way i enjoy. I started dance at the age of 5 when I lived in Chicago, Illinois. I took ballet, tap, and jazz. Then once again my family packed up and moved to Ohio. So I didn't start up dance for a couple of years until one day I decided to watch ABDC (America's Best Dance Crew) and it was season 7 and there was one group of dancers that really stood out to me...the ICONic Boyz they where a group of boys from range of 10-14 years old (only half of the boys where on it) and their dancing reminded me of why I started dancing when I was younger and I thought to my self every time I watched them why didn't I ever sign up for dance here? Then a couple weeks later I was signed up at a local dance studio taking Hip-hop classes. Then after a month or two after I singed up again my family found out we would be packing up and moving again to Virginia. So immediately I thought I'm not waiting another 4 years to take dance again. So I went online and searched for dance studios in the area my family would be moving to. There was one that stood out to me and I had heard great things about the studio when house hunting. So now I am currently taking Hip-Hop, and Jazz. I love every minute of each class and wouldn't changed a thing. I have made many great friends throughout this process and chapter in my life. This picture is from my first recital and I recently found my costume in a box in my bacement and having it hanging in my room reminding that no matter what or where dance your little butt off!!!! ~Veronica <3

Welcome to my blog.

I just wanted to take a couple minutes to introduce myself and what my blog will consist of. My name is Veronica and I'm just a regular teen wanting to express her self and share her life with the world. I will be posting about my regular day and what I do and how I keep going and stay strong. I'm glad to be sharing bits and pieces of my life with all of you and I hope you all enjoy hearing my story.
